Non-returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for beauty supplements and tea products. This is to ensure the integrity and safety of our products, as
they are intended for human consumption.
However, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products, and all items are thoroughly checked and packaged prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that your product
is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit, provided that:
· You notify us within 24 hours of delivery
· The product is unopened and in its original packaging
· You provide photographic evidence of the damage
Please note that all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for these products. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope you enjoy our

We want you to love your hair! If you're not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy. We accept returns, within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in the same condition
you received them, and in their original packaging.
Return Process for Eligible Items
1. Request a Return To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact us at info@rovinabeauty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return
authorisation and instructions on how and where to send your package.
2. Shipping Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning eligible items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Inspection and Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
